摘要
介绍了自顶向下的先进设计方法,基于Creo平台,以某型飞机起落架的设计为例,在飞机起落架实体创建之前,运用骨架模型,完成了对飞机起落架机构的运动仿真,并且对机构的关键参数进行了敏感度分析、可行性分析和优化设计。与自底向上的设计方法相比,自顶向下的设计方法更符合产品的研发,避免了不必要的劳动,提高了设计质量和设计效率。
This article introduces the advanced method of top-down design.We take the design for a certain type of aircraft landing gear as an example,which is based on the platform of Creo Parametric.Before the aircraft landing gear solid is created,the motion simulation of the aircraft landing gear mechanism is completed by using the skeleton model,and the key parameters of the mechanism are analyzed,the feasibility analysis and the optimization design are carried out.Compared with the bottom-up method,the top-down design method is more suitable for product development,which avoids unnecessary labor and improves the quality and efficiency of design.
