摘要
船用柴油机主承轴常在重载、高速的条件下运行,常常与低间隙、薄油膜的恶劣环境对抗,直接导致了柴油机主轴承使用寿命变短和疲劳失效。以TBD620V8型柴油机为例,分析了主轴承在不同工况下的润滑性能,还考虑了油膜压力、油膜厚度等参数对主轴承润滑性能的影响,给出了船用柴油机主轴承性能优化措施。
Marine diesel engine main bearing shaft often run under the condition of heavy load and high speed,severe environmental resistance of low clearance and thin oil film,which directly cause the main bearing service life of the diesel engine is shortened and even fatigue failure.This paper analyzed the lubrication performance of TBD620V8marine diesel engine main bearing under different working conditions,and also considered the influence of oil film pressure and film thickness on the lubrication performance of main bearing,and presented the optimization measures for the main bearing performance of marine diesel engine.
