7050铝合金法兰盘表面淬火残余应力和拉伸断裂有限元分析 被引量:4

摘要 考虑7050铝合金材料的非线性力学性能、热物性参数,利用有限元方法对7050铝合金法兰盘零件表面进行淬火数值模拟。在获得残余应力的基础上,模拟不同热处理温度对法兰淬火后残余应力的影响。分析该过程中其残余应力与热处理温度之间的关系,结果表明法兰淬硬层残余应力与淬火温度基本呈线性增大关系。当淬火温度达到500℃时,其残余应力接近材料屈服极限。为选出7050铝合金合理热处理温度,为结构热处理提供理论基础。同时,建立Johnson-Cook本构函数的7050铝合金拉伸试样有限元模型,通过与已有文献进行对比,结果真实可靠,且J-C数值更易获得。 Considering the nonlinear mechanical performance and thermophysical parameters of7050aluminum alloy material,the7050aluminum alloy flange parts surface were made a numerical simulation of quenching respectively by utilizing finite element software.Basing on residual stress was acquired,Simulate the different heat treatment temperature’s influence toward residual stress after the flange was quenched.The relations between residual stress and heat treatment temperature in this progress was analyzed,The results show that residual stress of flange hardening layer increases basically linearly with quenching temperature.It’s residual stress close to material yield limit when the quenching temperature is reaching500℃.In order to to select the reasonable heat treatment temperature,this article provide theoretical basis for the heat treatment of structure.Meanwhile,through building7050aluminum alloy finite element model tensile samples of Johnson-Cook constitutive function and comparing with the existing literature,it shows that the result of this article is true and reliable and J-C numeric can be acquired more easily.
