基于SolidWorks的型材自动切割机虚拟样机设计

摘要 介绍了型材自动切割机的机械结构和工作原理,提出了基于SolidWorks软件建立其虚拟样机的设计流程和方法。完成了切割机中所有零件的三维造型,采用自底向上的方法进行虚拟装配,建立了切割机的虚拟样机模型。根据其工作原理对执行机构进行运动仿真并分析,为该款自动切割机的设计制造提供了理论参考依据。 This article introduced the mechanical structure and working principle of profile automatic cutting machine,then put forward the design flow and method of virtual prototype based on SolidWorks.By completed the three-dimensional modeling of all parts about the cutting machine,conducted the virtual assembly by the design method of bottom-up,and then established the virtual prototype model of cutting machine.At last the simulation and analysis of the execution mechanism were conducted according to its working principle.This action provided a theoretical reference for the design and manufacture of the automatic cutting machine.
