再制造与制造的关系辨析

Relation Anatomy between Remanufacturing and Manufacturing

对再制造与制造的关系进行了辨析。首先分析了再制造在制造中的定位,指出再制造与制造本质相同,并是制造业产品发展到一定阶段解决自身矛盾的产物,契合了中国制造的发展要求;其次提出在生产毛坯质量及获取途径、生产工艺技术、生产组织等方面都具有完全不同于制造的内容,指出再制造具有生产的独特性;最后论证了再制造在生产理念、技术发展、产品设计、管理创新等四个方面都将会对制造具有积极的促进作用。

This paper puts forward the viewpoint about relation between remanufacturing and manufacturing.Firstly the position of remanufacturing in manufacturing was analyzed,described the same essence,and point out that remanufacturing is the product that resolve the problem of manufacturing development,and it agrees with the idea of China Manufacturing2025;Secondly,the different content between remanufacturing and manufacturing in production core,process technology and organization management was bring out that embody single feature;Finally,the promoting role e of remanufacturing to manufacturing in product thought,technology development,product design,management innovation were given.
