我国档案教育国际化视野拓展研究

Research on the Expansion of International Perspective of Archives Education in China

文章首先从高等教育国际化发展的趋势、档案教育自身发展的需要和国际化档案人才的社会需求等方面分析我国档案教育国际化视野拓展的必要性。其次从档案教育国际化理念落后、国际化发展不平衡、国际化档案人才培养模式需完善以及与国际间的交流合作有待加强等方面,分析拓展我国档案教育国际化视野存在的问题。最后,文章提出应树立档案教育国际化理念、构建国际化档案教育模式和国际化视野的经验借鉴与本土化等措施,促进我国档案教育国际化视野拓展。

This paper analyzes the necessity of expanding the international Perspective of archives education from the aspects of the trend of internationalization of higher education,the need of improvement of archival education and the social needs of international archives talents.Secondly,this paper also analyzes the problems existing in the internationalization of archives education from the aspects of the backwardness of archives education internationalization concept,the unbalanced development of internationalization,the imperfect of international archives training mode and the lack of international cooperation.Finally,this paper raises some measures that establishing the concept of international communication and cooperation for archives education in China,constructing international archives education model and reference for other countries'experience with localization thought to expand the international perspective of archives education in China.
