反流性食管炎给予埃索美拉唑加以莫沙必利的整体疗效观察

Observation on the overall effect of esomeprazole and mosapride in the treatment of reflux esophagitis

目的:探讨埃索美拉唑联合莫沙必利治疗反流性食管炎的疗效。方法:收治反流性食管患者230例,随机分为研究组和对照组各115例。对照组给予埃索美拉唑治疗,研究组给予埃索美拉唑及莫沙必利治疗。结果:研究组总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05);研究组呕恶、反酸及胸骨后疼痛改善时间显著短于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:埃索美拉唑联合莫沙必利治疗反流性食管疗效显著,可迅速改善反流性食管炎症状,安全性好。

Objective:To investigate the efficacy of esomeprazole combined with mosapride in the treatment of reflux esophagitis.Methods:230patients with reflux esophagitis were selected.They were randomly divided into the study group and the control group with115cases in each.The control group received esomeprazole treatment,and the study group were given esomeprazole and mosapride.Results:The total effective rate of the study group was higher than the control group(P<0.05);acid reflux and sternum study group vomiting and pain improvement after time was significantly faster than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Esomeprazole combined with mosapride in the treatment of reflux esophagitis has significantly curative effect,which can improve the symptoms of reflux esophagitis rapidly,with good safety.
