椎弓根内固定术治疗胸腰椎段脊柱损伤的临床疗效 被引量:2

摘要 目的:探讨椎弓根内固定术治疗胸腰椎段脊柱损伤的效果。方法:收治胸腰椎段脊柱损伤患者38例,按治疗方式不同分为对照组和观察组各19例。对照组采用常规卧床休息保守治疗,观察组给予开放性椎弓根内固定治疗。结果:观察组患者椎体前缘高度和椎体后缘高度较治疗前显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:椎弓根内固定治疗胸腰椎段脊柱损伤的临床效果显著,具有操作方便、稳定性好的特点,确保患者在短时间内恢复身体健康。 Objective:To investigate the effect of pedicle screw fixation for thoracolumbar spine injury.Methods:38patients with thoracolumbar spine injury were selected.They were divided into the control group and the observation group according to different treatment methods,with19cases in each group.Patients in the control group were treated with conservative treatment,while the observation group were treated with open pedicle screw fixation.Results:In the observation group,the anterior height of vertebral body and the height of the posterior edge of vertebral body were significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Pedicle screw fixation in the treatment of thoracolumbar spine injury has a significant clinical effect,and it has the advantages of easy operation,good stability,to ensure that patients recover in a short period of time.
