前列地尔联合α硫辛酸治疗2型糖尿病勃起功能障碍临床研究

Clinical study of alprostadil combined with α lipoic acid in the treatment of erectile dysfunction in type 2 diabetes mellitus

目的:探讨前列地尔联合α硫辛酸治疗2型糖尿病勃起功能障碍(ED)的疗效。方法:收治2型糖尿病ED患者30例,在控制血糖基础上,给予静脉推注前列地尔联合α硫辛酸治疗。结果:患者国际勃起功能指数总评分明显高于治疗前(P<0.05)。结论:前列地尔联合α硫辛酸治疗2型糖尿病ED具有良好效果。

Objective:To investigate the efficacy of alprostadil combined withαlipoic acid in the treatment of erectile dysfunction in patients with type2diabetes mellitus.Methods:30type2diabetes mellitus patients with erectile dysfunction were selected.They were treated with intravenous injection of alprostadil combined withαlipoic acid,based on blood glucose control.Results:The total score of patients with erectile dysfunction index was significantly higher than that before the treatment(P<0.05).Conclusion:Alprostadil combined withαlipoic acid in the treatment of erectile dysfunction in type2diabetes mellitus has good effect.
