不对称双眼皮整形修复术的临床应用价值研究

The clinical value of asymmetric double eyelid plastic surgery

目的:分析不对称双眼皮整形修复术的临床应用价值。方法:收治不对称双眼皮患者74例,平分两组。参照组予以重睑成形术,试验组予以小切口去脂和连续埋线联合治疗,对两组患者的临床修复效果进行统计分析。结果:两组患者经不同方法修复后,试验组患者的美容效果满意度同参照组比对明显较高,手术用时和切口愈合时间同参照组比对明显较短,术中出血量也显著减少,组间数据结果差异经检验后有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:不对称双眼皮予以小切口去脂和连续埋线,效果显著。

Objective:To analyze the clinical application value of asymmetric double eyelid plastic surgery.Methods:74patients with asymmetric double eyelid were selected.They were randomly divided into the two groups on average.The reference group was treated with double eyelid operation.The experimental group received combined treatment of small incision degrease andcontinuous catgut embedding.We made a statistical analysis of the clinical efficacy of the two groups of patients.Results:After different methods of repair,the cosmetic performance satisfaction of the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the reference group;the time of operation and incision healing time was significantly shorter than that of the reference group;the intraoperative blood loss was also significantly reduced;the data between groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Small incision degrease and continuous catgut embedding in the treatment of patients with asymmetric double eyelid has significant effect.
