TRiVEX静脉曲张动力系统治疗下肢静脉曲张92例疗效分析

Clinical analysis on 92 cases of varicose veins of lower extremity treated with TRiVEX varicose veins

目的:探讨TRi VEX静脉曲张动力系统治疗下肢静脉曲张的疗效。方法:收治下肢静脉曲张患者92例,随机分为对照组和试验组各46例,对照组使用常规治疗方法,试验组采用TRi VEX静脉曲张动力系统治疗。结果:试验组患者手术时间、术中出血量、手术并发症发生率均明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:TRi VEX静脉曲张动力系统治疗下肢静脉曲张,具有明显的临床效果,手术时间较短、创口小、出血量少。

Objective:To investigate the efficacy of TRiVEX varicose veins in the treatment of varicose veins of lower extremity.Methods:92patients with varicose veins of lower extremity were selected.They were randomly divided into the control group and the experimental group,with46cases in each group.The control group were treated wit conventional treatment,and the experimental group were treated with TRiVEX varicose dynamic system.Results:The operation time,intraoperative blood loss,surgical complications in the experimental group were significantly lower than in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:TRiVEX dynamic system treated on varicose veins of lower extremity has obviously clinical effect,with shorter operation time,less wound,and less bleeding.
