慢性特发性荨麻疹采用地氯雷他定与雷公藤多苷片治疗的临床研究

Clinical study of desloratadine and tripterygium wilfordii tablets in the treatment of chronic idiopathic urticaria

目的:探讨地氯雷他定联合雷公藤多苷片治疗慢性特发性荨麻疹的效果。方法:收治慢性特发性荨麻疹患者84例,平均分为对照组和观察组。对照组采用地氯雷他定治疗,观察组采用地氯雷他定联合雷公藤多苷片治疗,比较两组治疗效果。结果:观察组有效率、运动质量与睡眠质量合格率、复发率均显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:地氯雷他定联合雷公藤多苷片治疗慢性特发性荨麻疹的效果显著。

Objective:To explore the clinical effect of desloratadine combined with tripterygium wilfordii tablets in the treatment of chronic idiopathic urticaria.Methods:84patients with chronic idiopathic urticaria were selected.They were divided into the control group and the observation group.The control group was treated with desloratadine.The observation group was treated with desloratadine combined with tripterygium wilfordii tablets.We compared the therapeutic effect of two groups.Results:In the observation group,the effective rate,the qualified rate of exercise quality and sleep quality and the recurrence rate were significantly better than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The clinical effect of desloratadine combined with tripterygium wilfordii tablets in the treatment of chronic idiopathic urticaria was significant.
