猴头菌提取物颗粒治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎的临床分析

Clinical analysis on hedgehog fungus extract granules in the treatment of chronic atrophic gastritis

目的:探讨猴头菌提取物颗粒治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎的效果。方法:收治慢性萎缩性胃炎患者100例,随机分为对照组及研究组各50例,对照组给予枸橼酸铋钾颗粒治疗,研究组给予猴头菌提取物颗粒治疗。结果:研究组患者治疗总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:猴头菌提取物颗粒治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎效果确切,可以作为首选方案加以推广使用。

Objective:To investigate the effect of hedgehog fungus extract granules in the treatment of chronic atrophic gastritis.Methods:100patients with chronic atrophic gastritis were selected.They were randomly divided into the control group and the study group,with50cases in each group.The control group were treated with bismuth potassium citrate granules,while the study group were treated with hedgehog fungus extract granules.Results:The total effective rate of the study group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Hedgehog fungus extract granules is effective in treating chronic atrophic gastritis,and it can be used as the first choice.
