中医针灸治疗顽固性呃逆的临床疗效分析

Clinical effect of Chinese acupuncture in the treatment of intractable hiccup

目的:探讨中医针灸治疗顽固性呃逆的临床疗效。方法:收治顽固性呃逆患者42例,随机分为对照组和观察组,对照组采用常规治疗,观察组采用中医针灸治疗,比较两组治疗效果。结果:观察组总有效率明显高于对照组,SAS、SDS评分明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:中医针灸治疗顽固性呃逆的临床疗效显著。

Objective:To explore the clinical effect of Chinese acupuncture in the treatment of intractable hiccup.Methods:42patients with intractable hiccup were selected.They were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group.The control group was treated with conventional treatment.The observation group was treated with Chinese acupuncture.We compared the treatment effect of two groups.Results:In the observation group,the total effective rate was significantly higher than the control group,SAS,SDS scores were significantly lower than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The clinical effect of Chinese acupuncture in the treatment of intractable hiccup was significant.
