中西医结合治疗肝气乘脾证腹泻型肠易激综合征的疗效观察

Observation on curative effect of integrated traditional Chinese and Western Medicine in the treatment of diarrhea predominant irritable bowel syndrome(stagnation of the liver-qi attacking the spleen)

目的:探讨中西医结合治疗肠易激综合征的临床效果。方法:收治肝气乘脾证肠易激综合征患者60例,随机分两组,治疗组以四逆散贴敷神阙穴配合口服黛力新治疗,对照组单纯使用口服黛力新、谷参肠安治疗。观察两组总体治疗效果、症状变化情况。结果:治疗组总有效率73.33%,明显高于对照组的53.33%;两组患者治疗结束后临床症状评分较治疗前相比均显著改善,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对腹泻型肠易激综合征的患者采用四逆散中药贴敷神阙穴联合口服黛力新进行治疗,可明显提高治疗效果,改善生活质量,简便易行。

Objective:To investigate the clinical efficacy of integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine in the treatment of irritable bowel syndrome.Methods:60patients with irritable bowel syndrome that stagnation of the liver-qi attacking the spleen were selected.They were randomly divided into the two groups.The treatment group used Sinisan on Shenque points combined with oral deanxit for treatment.The control group was treated with oral deanxit and Glutamine Entero-soluble for treatment.The effect of treatment and symptom changes were observed in the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of the treatment group was73.33%,which was significantly higher than that of the control group(53.33%).The two groups of patients after treatment,the clinical symptom score was significantly improved compared with before treatment,and the differences were all statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Sinisan on Shenque points combined with oral deanxit in the treatment of diarrhea predominant irritable bowel syndrome can obviously improve the treatment effect,improve the quality of life,which is simple and easy.
