化癥汤治疗气滞血瘀证子宫肌瘤临床观察

Clinical observation of Huazhen decoction in the treatment of qi and blood stasis syndrome hysteromyoma

目的:分析化癥汤治疗气滞血瘀证子宫肌瘤临床观察。方法:收治气滞血瘀证子宫肌瘤患者50例,随机分为对照组和试验组各25例,对照组给予桂枝茯苓胶囊治疗,试验组给予化症汤治疗,比较两组患者的临床疗效和主要症状。结果:试验组总有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05);对照组患者主要症状改善效果显著差于试验组(P<0.05)。结论:化癥汤治疗气滞血瘀证子宫肌瘤能够在一定程度上提高治疗的效果,缓解主要症状。

Objective:To analyze the clinical observation of Huazhen decoction in the treatment of qi and blood stasis syndrome hysteromyoma.Methods:50patients with qi and blood stasis syndrome hysteromyoma were selected.They were randomly divided into the control group and the experimental group with25cases in each.The control group was treated with Guizhi Fuling capsule,and the experimental group was treated with Huazhen decoction.The clinical curative effects and the main symptoms of the two groups were compared.Results:The total effective rate of the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The improvement effect of main symptoms in the control group was significantly worse than that of the experimental group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Huazhen decoction in the treatment of qi and blood stasis syndrome hysteromyoma can improve the treatment effect and relieve the main symptoms to some extent.
