上海市嘉定区南翔镇中老年人群血脂水平分析

Analysis of blood lipid levels in elderly people in in Nanxiang Town,Jiading District,Shanghai City

目的:了解南翔镇中老年人群血脂水平及分布情况。方法:对中老年人10 053例进行健康体检,并对血脂水平进行分析。结果:男TC均值(4.86±0.79)mmol/L,女(5.12±0.81)mmol/L;男TG均值(1.56±1.14)mmol/L,女(1.67±1.09)mmol/L;男HDL-C均值(1.28±0.24)mmol/L,女(1.31±0.27)mmol/L;男LDL-C均值(2.31±0.68)mmol/L,女(2.42±0.75)mmol/L。男性血脂异常发生率在40~50岁偏高(42.2%),之后随年龄增长而下降;女性血脂异常发生率最低(22.1%)的是40~50岁,50岁开始增高,到61~70岁达到高峰(57.8%),80岁以后下降。结论:南翔镇社区中老年人群的血脂异常发生率偏高(45.1%),血脂异常呈低龄化趋势,40~60岁男性和50岁以上女性应为重点防治对象。

Objective:To study blood lipid level and distribution in Nanxiang Community at middle and elder age.Methods:By health examination,blood lipid level of10053in middle and elder age were obtained and analysised in Nanxiang Community.Results:The average of total cholesterol(TC),triglyceride(TG),high density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-C)and low density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C)in male were(4.86±0.79)m/L,(1.56±1.14)m/L,(1.28±0.24)m/L,(2.31±0.68)m/L,that in femalewere(5.12±0.81)m/L,(1.67±1.09)m/L,(1.31±0.27)m/L,(2.42±0.75)m/L,respectivel.The peak of the incidence rate of dyslipidemia was42.2%in male,during age40～50.And the incidence rate of dyslipidemia decreased along with the age.On the contrary,the lowest incidence rate of dyslipidemia was22.1%in female,during age40～50,and the peak was57.8%during age61～70.Over80,the rate was lower along with age.Conclusion:The incidence rate of dyslipidemia in nanxiang community is higer(45.1%),dyslipidemia showed a trend of low annualized.40～60years old men and women over50should be the focus of prevention and control.
