协同护理模式应用于脊髓损伤患者康复训练中的效果

Effect of collaborative nursing model in rehabilitation training of patients with spinal cord injury

目的:探讨协同护理模式应用于脊髓损伤患者康复训练中的效果。方法:将74例脊髓损伤康复训练患者随机分为两组。对照组采用常规护理方法,观察组采用协同护理模式,比较两组患者的康复效果、生活质量、并发症发生情况。结果:观察组护理后BI指数及FIM评分明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组护理后SF-36评分明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组并发症发生率明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:协同护理模式应用于脊髓损伤患者康复训练中效果良好,利于提高患者的康复行为,改善独立生活能力,提高生活质量,具有积极的临床意义。

Objective:To explore the effect of collaborative nursing model in rehabilitation training of patients with spinal cord injury.Methods:74patients with spinal cord injury rehabilitation training were randomly divided into two groups.The control group was given routine nursing method.The observation group was given collaborative nursing model.The rehabilitation effect,life quality,complications were compared between groups.Results:The BI index and FIM score after nursing in the observation group were significantly better than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The SF-36score after nursing in the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group,and the difference was statisticallysignificant(P<0.05).The complication rate of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The collaborative nursing model in rehabilitation training of patients with spinal cord injury has a good effect,which is beneficial to improve the rehabilitation behavior,improve the ability of independent living,improve the quality of life,and it has a positive clinical significance.
