护理心理干预对卵巢囊肿介入术患者术前负性情绪的影响研究

Study on the influence of nursing psychological intervention on preoperative negative emotion of patients with ovarian cyst interention

目的:探讨心理护理干预对卵巢囊肿介入术患者术前负性情绪的影响。方法:收治卵巢囊肿介入术患者90例,随机分为两组,各45例。对照组给予常规护理措施,观察组在对照组基础上给予心理护理。对两组患者术前心理状态进行评估,术后对护理服务进行满意度评价。结果:观察组患者SAS、SDS均显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组患者护理满意度100.00%,显著高于对照组的91.11%(P<0.05)。结论:术前心理护理干预在卵巢囊肿介入术患者中可帮助改善患者的抑郁、焦虑情绪,提高患者依从性、满意度。

Objective:To explore the influence of nursing psychological intervention on preoperative negative emotion of patients with ovarian cyst interention.Methods:90patients with ovarian cyst interention were selected.They were randomly divided into two groups with45cases in each.The control group was given routine nursing measures.The observation group was given psychological nursing on the basis of the control group.The preoperative psychological states of two groups were evaluated.The satisfaction degree of nursing service was evaluated after operation.Results:The SAS and SDS of the observation group were significantly better than those of the control group(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was100.00%,which was significantly higher than91.11%of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Preoperative psychological nursing intervention in patients with ovarian cyst interention can help improve the depression and anxiety of patients,and improve the compliance and satisfaction of patients.
