医养护一体化签约服务在2型糖尿病管理中的效果评价

Evaluation on the effect of integrated medical care and maintenance service in the management of type 2 diabetes mellitus

目的:探讨医养护一体化签约服务在2型糖尿病管理中的效果。方法:随访管理2型糖尿病患者500例,其中268例纳入签约服务作为管理组,232例未签约患者作为对照组。对照组给予社区常规随访管理,管理组予以医养护一体化签约服务下的2型糖尿病管理模式。结果:管理随访1年,两组糖化血红蛋白达标率、体重指数、糖尿病知识知晓率、服药依从性合格率、糖尿病知识知晓率差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:医养护一体化签约服务糖尿病管理模式提高了糖化血红蛋白达标率、患者糖尿病知识知晓率、服药依从性,以及患者满意度。

Objective:To explore the effect of integrated medical maintenance service in the management of type2diabetes mellitus.Methods:500patients with type2diabetes were followed-up,in which268cases were included in the contracted service as the management group,other232cases did not sign as the control group.The control group were given routine community management follow-up,and the management group received medicine maintenance services under the integration sign for type2diabetes.Results:After follow-up management for1year,the differences in standard rate of glycated hemoglobin and body mass index,the compliance rate,pass rate,awareness of diabetes knowledge were statistically significant between groups(P<0.05).Conclusion:Integration of medical care and maintenance services management can improve the compliance rate of diabetes mellitus glycosylated hemoglobin,increase the awareness rate of patients with diabetes,medication compliance,and patient satisfaction.
