目的:探讨构建医学院校友档案信息化管理新模式应用效果。方法:在校友档案管理中应用信息化管理模式,并随访校友对档案管理的满意情况。结果:应用信息化管理模式后校友的满意度显著提高(P<0.05)。结论:在校友档案管理中应用信息化管理模式可以提高校友的满意度,更好地开发利用校友资源。

Objective:To investigate the application effect of constructing a new mode of information management of medical records.Methods:The application of information management model in the management of alumni archives,and follow up alumni satisfaction with the file management.Results:After the application of the information management model,the alumni satisfaction has improved significantly(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of information management model in the management of alumni archives can improve the satisfaction of alumni,and better develop and utilize the alumni resources.
