文冠果菌根化育苗效应研究 被引量:3

摘要 为给造林提供优质的文冠果苗木,在其育苗过程中接种丛枝菌根菌剂,重点分析接种菌根菌剂后,文冠果幼苗生长指标和根际土壤养分含量在两个生长季内的变化。结果表明,供试菌剂能与文冠果根系建立良好的共生关系,菌根侵染率提高20.0%~26.7%;接种菌根菌剂的文冠果幼苗株高增加12.6%~37.7%、基径增加16.1%~49.7%、地上生物量增加24.8%~106.8%、根系生物量增加62.4%~151.6%和总生物量增加39.7%~121.8%;显著提高了根际土壤有机质和全氮含量。
