关苍术根茎中苍术酮含量及变化规律研究 被引量:2

Researches on the content of atractylone and its change regularity in Atractylodes japonica rhizome

摘要 以不同生长年限和环境条件下的关苍术根茎为试材,分析苍术酮的含量、变化规律以及与高温耐性的关系,为耐高温关苍术育种及提升有效成分含量提供理论指导。结果表明:苍术酮含量随着关苍术营养生长逐渐增加,进入生殖生长期出现小高峰,随着生殖生长期的进程其含量又出现减少的趋势,最后随种子成熟又逐渐回升;适当的高温逆境可促使关苍术根茎中苍术酮含量的增加,其幅度为3~4 mg·g^(-1);3年生关苍术所含的苍术酮含量显著高于2年生关苍术,二者相差7~8 mg·g^(-1)。 The study analyzed the content of atractylone,variation pattern and the relationship with thermo-tolerance by using Atractylodes japonica rhizome under different growth stage and environmental conditions to provide theoretical guidance for high temperature resistant breeding of Atractylodes japonica and increasing the content of effective components.Results as follows:The content of atractylone gradually increased with the nutrition growth of Atractylodes japonica until the small peak appeared when coming into reproductive growth.With the process of reproductive growth,its content appeared to reduce,and finally increased with the seed became mature.A proper high temperature stress promoted the increasing of atractylon content in rhizome of Atractylodes japonica,ranging about3~4mg·g-1.The content of atractylone in Atractylodes japonica with three years’growth was obviously higher than that of two years’,differing about7~8mg·g-1.
