试论精准扶贫工作中的法治建设

On the Construction of Law in Precise Poverty Alleviation

扶贫工作是事关我国社会主义现代化建设,实现民族伟大复兴的重大事业。为了推动扶贫事业的进一步发展,近年来党和政府提出了"精准扶贫"的新政策。本文根据扶贫工作的特殊性质,分析了法治建设对于"精准扶贫"的重要意义以及在扶贫工作中进行法治建设的难点,并在此基础上提出了在扶贫工作的法治建设中需要特别注意的几个问题,同时对"精准扶贫"中几个具体工作环节的法治建设给出了一些建议。

Poverty alleviation is a significant cause of the socialist modernization and the great rejuvenation of the nation.In recent years,Chinese Communist Party and Chinese government put forward the policy of“precise poverty alleviation”in order to promote the further development of the cause of poverty alleviation.Based on the special nature of the work of poverty alleviation,this paper analyzes the importance of the construction of the rule of law in the“precise poverty alleviation”and the difficulties in the construction of the rule of law in poverty alleviation work,and puts forward some problems which should be paid attention to in poverty alleviation.At the same time,it gives some suggestions for the construction of the rule of law in several specific working areas of“precise poverty alleviation”.
