摘要
专家系统是一种能以领域专家的水平来解决复杂问题的智能程序。基于机械加工误差领域的知识,提出了一种机械加工误差专家系统的构建方法。首先研究了专家系统的基本结构和工作原理,介绍了其主要模块的功能;然后分析了机械加工误差知识的获取方法与分类,并在此基础上建立了一个框架式知识库;根据机械加工误差知识的结构特点,选择框架和产生式知识表示方法对其进行描述;最后,采用正向推理机制设计了专家系统的推理算法。对该方法的研究为机械加工误差知识的管理、积累和智能化应用提供了一种新的有效途径。
An expert system is a computer program with artificial intelligence,which can solve complexprofessional problems like a domain expert.This paper proposes a method to construct an expert systemfor machining errors based on the knowledge of machining processes.First,the basic structures of theexpert system and its working principles are studied,and the functions of the main modules in the systemare also described.Second,after analyzing how the knowledge of machining errors is acquired andclassified,a knowledge base with frame structure,which belongs to the expert system,is established.Third,two kinds of knowledge representation methods,namely generation knowledge representation andframe knowledge representation,are selected to describe the knowledge of machining errors according totheir structural features.Finally,a reasoning algorithm for the expert system is designed by using forwardreasoning mechanism.The research in this paper provides a new and effective approach to themanagement,accumulation and intelligent application of machining error knowledge.
