发电机冷却模块柔性基座的模态计算与测量分析

摘要 目前瓦锡兰W20发电机组的冷却模块主要采用刚性连接在机体上,使其内部的精密电器元件很容易损坏,分析其主要原因是由发动机在高频激励下的振动引起的。为了减小振动力的传递和发动机激励引起的动态耦合,对安装在其机体上的冷却模块由刚性连接系统改为柔性基座隔振系统,并对该柔性基座系统建立模型和研究其振动特性,通过将模态计算结果和测量分析结果进行比较,检验了该柔性基座隔振系统方案的可靠性。 The generator installed on Wartsila W20Gen-sets,the cooler module is widely used rigidmounted system,and its internal precision electrical components is easily failed,after the investigation,finding out it comes from the high frequency excitation from the engine.In order to reduce the hightransmissibility and dynamic coupled oscillator,we modified its cooler modulefrom rigid mounting toflexible mounting system.Firstly,we create the module for flexible mounting system and study itsdynamic characteristics,comparison the results of finite element analysis withthe results of vibrationmeasurements,to verify the flexible mounted system is reliability.
