摘要
采用低体电阻率材料提高阻性板探测器的计数能力一直受到广泛关注。该文应用石墨烯掺杂聚酰亚胺(PI)复合物膜材料研制阻性板探测器,该膜材料体电阻率可以通过石墨的不同掺杂浓度来改变。采用盒式密封结构,解决了柔性材料制作RPC时所存在的通气密封问题,对0.4wt%、1.5wt%两种不同掺杂浓度的复合物膜进行测试,结果表明低掺杂浓度下复合物膜制成的RPC可以探测到宇宙线μ子信号。
The adapting of low resistivity material to increase counting rate capability of resistive plate chamber detector has beenattracting wildly attention.Carbon-doped polyimide film was applied to construct resistive plate chamber detector,the volume resistivity ofthis PI nanocomposites can be changed by adjust doping carbon percentage,Cartridge seal box was designed to overcome the seal problemof flexible material,two kind of Carbon-doped polyimide film(0.4wt%、1.5wt%)were tested by cosmic ray,the result shows Carbon-dopedpolyimide film constructed RPC can get the signal of muon.
