摘要
大物流是经济新常态下神华集团运输板块的发展方向和提质增效的重要途径,铁路运输企业必将发生从以前坐等客户上门向跑出去寻找货源的转变。大物流能否发展好,能否形成竞争力,服务至关重要。本文从重点探讨大物流背景下,铁路运输企业对服务文化建设的迫切需要,以及怎样建设好服务文化,提高服务质量,进而增强市场竞争力。
Large logistics is an important way to the development direction of the transport sector in theShenhua Group and quality-improving and efficiency-increasing under the New Normal.The railway transportenterprise will change from the previous waiting for customers to come to run out to find source of goods.Services is very important in deciding whether the logistics can develop well and form competitiveness.Thispaper mainly discusses the urgent need of service culture’s construction for the railway transport enterprisesunder large logistics,and how to build service culture well to improve service quality,and enhance marketcompetitiveness.
