摘要
供应链竞争已成为当前企业竞争的核心,建设符合神华集团产业布局和经营模式、高度集中和高效管理的供应链管理组织架构和管理体系,是神华集团实现"1245"清洁能源发展战略的有效路径。本文在对世界500强企业物资管理模式综合比较的基础上,以神华集团从2011年组建物资集团推进集中采购为时间起点,梳理物资管理现状,总结在体制机制方面存在的问题,在国企改革大背景下,最终提出合理化建议。
Supply chain's competition has become the core of the current enterprise's competition,and it isan effective way of realizing Shenhua Group's"1245"clean energy's development strategy,which is in linewith Shenhua Group's industrial layout and business model,the highly centralized and efficient managementof supply chain management organization and management system path.On the basis of the comprehensivecomparison of the materials management mode of the world's top500enterprises,this paper starts from promoting centralized purchasing by building materials group in the year of2011in Shenhua Group,cardingthe situation of materials management,and summarizes the existing problems in the institutional mechanism,and finally put forward rationalization proposals under the state-owned enterprises's reform background.
