Along with the deepening reform all around of state-owned enterprises,logistics service outsourcing has become an important method of logistics'socialization management of state-owned enterprises.Thispaper uses the Shenwei Branch Company as an example,mainly expounds the meaning of logistics serviceoutsourcing of state-owned railway transport enterprise and in facing of many points,long lines,scattered logistics services,how to do logistics service outsourcing work well in accordance with the law and system'srequirements,and gives full play to the advantages of service outsourcing,controlling outsourcing manage?ment and safety risks,promoting the healthy development of enterprises.
