工程项目管理效果的综合评价研究

Comprehensive Evaluation Study about Management Effects of Engineering Items Management

随着我国对现有经济体制进行深化改革,刺激着我国社会市场经济的繁荣发展,给我国城市建设提供了重要的基础力量。建筑建设行业在国家调控下,向着规模化、现代化发展方向转变,对社会经济建设起到了至关重要的作用。工程项目管理是建筑工程项目施工过程中的重要一部分组成,完善的工程项目管理手段,可以有效地提高建筑工程项目的整体建设质量,并满足客户的预期要求,是一种极为先进、科学的工程管理办法。鉴于此,本文根据笔者自身多年从事建筑工程的相关工作经验,简单地对工程项目管理效果的综合评价,作出以几点探讨,以供参考研究。

Deepen reform of existing economic system spurs prosperous development of China social marketed economy,it provides important basic force for China's city construction.Construction industry haschanged into the direction of scaled and modernization development under national regulation,which plays avital role in social economy construction.Engineering items management is the most important composingpart in construction process of construction engineering items,complete engineering items management meanwill effectively improve overall construction quality,and fulfill client's expected requirements,it is an advanced,scientific engineering management way.This paper makes several simple discussions on comprehensive evaluation of engineering items management effects that based on writer’s experience engaging in construction engineering and provides reference study.
