本文从规范文件、职责划分、危险源辨识、承包方管理、隐患治理、应急管理等方面阐述了安全风险预控管理体系,在煤化工领域安全管理工作中起到的指导作用,并指出了体系运行过程中的不足之处及解决办法。

This paper clarifies the safety risk pre-control management system's guiding role in the safety management work of coal chemical fields from normative documents,responsibilities'division,identification of hazard source,contractor management,management of hidden risk,emergency management,and also points outthe solutions to deficiencies of the system's operation.
