摘要
以煤直接液化残渣(DCLR)为原料开发出一种道路改性沥青,对改性沥青进行性能分析,发现改性后显著提高了延度和高温性能。通过SMA-13及AC-13C两种沥青混合料试验模拟,并分析其路用性能。结果表明,液化残渣改性沥青,满足路用SBS改性沥青I-C标准要求;混合料实验结果表明,液化残渣改性沥青混合料,满足技术标准要求,且水稳定性和高温稳定性较优,具有优良的路用性能。
Using residues of direct coal liquefaction as raw materials to develop a road modified bitumen,and analyzes its function,it fins that after modification,the ductility and high temperature performance hadgreatly improved.Simulating the bituminous mixture's test of SMA-13and AC-13C,analyzing their road performances.The result shows that modified bitumen of liquefaction residue meets the I-C standard requirementof SBS Modified bitumen;mixture test's result shows that modified bitumen of liquefaction residue meets thetechnical standard requirements,and has better stabilities of water and high temperature,it has good road performance.
