SDC Waterway Construction Co.,Ltd.has been operating for many years in Menggang Dredging Market in Uruguay,and hasachieved certain results.The company has a good understanding of the human environment,operation flow and channel conditions in theregion.But as the situation continues to change,the problems encountered are changing.On the basis of summing up the work ofpredecessors,this paper summarizes the new problems in the dredging work in Uruguay in recent two years.
