摘要
酒店业突飞猛进的浪潮却带来了酒店用工成本提高、员工离职率增高、服务质量不稳定、顾客忠诚度降低等一系列的问题。针对A酒店实际情况,提出运用内部营销理论的具体实施策略,并为其他酒店实施内部营销理论提供借鉴。
Recent years in China,we have witnessed unprecedented booming of hotels.This trend has been accompanied by a series ofproblems such as the increase of labor cost and quitting rate,fluctuating level of service quality,low level of constancy of existing customers,etc.This thesis,based on Internal Marketing,is intended to study the existing marketing circumstances of the Hotel A and try to find theimplementation strategy.It can also provide reference for other hotels.
