EPC总承包是我国工程总承包模式的重要组成部分,近年来成为各综合设计院转型的主要方向,但由于项目前期工作的不力对项目实施产生众多的不利因素。本文基于设计院角度浅析EPC总承包项目主要前期工作,旨在为EPC总承包项目顺利开展提供适时参考。

EPC general contract is an important part of China's general contracting model.In recent years,it has become the maindirection of the transformation of the comprehensive design institutes.However,due to the shortcomings of the preliminary work,the projecthas many unfavorable factors.This paper analyzes the main preliminary work of EPC general contracting project from the perspective ofdesign institute,and aims to provide timely reference for EPC general contracting project.
