中小企业发展困境与对策分析--基于185家中小企业的调研

The Dilemma and Countermeasures of Small and Medium-sized Enterprises:Based on the Investigation of 185 Small and Medium-sized Enterprises

本文基于对185家中小企业的长期跟踪调研了解到,中小企业在转型升级的过程中要想获得持续、快速成长,必须明确并突破发展中面临的诸多内外部的障碍,以创新驱动转型升级,政府也要采取针对性行动,以服务推进政府职能转变,积极引导中小企业注重内涵发展,深入推进中小企业成长。

Based on a long-term study of185small and medium-sized enterprises,this paper found:in order to achieve sustained andrapid growth,SMEs in the process of transformation and upgrading,must clear and break through internal and external obstacles,drivetransformation and upgrading through innovation,and the government should also take targeted action to promote the transformation ofgovernment functions by service,actively guide SMEs to focus on the development of content,further promote the growth of SMEs.
