This paper analyzes the structural contradictions of the supply side of the real estate industry under the background of thestructural reform of the supply side.Combined with the internal relations between the core competitiveness of the real estate developmententerprises and the structural reform of the supply side,the real estate development enterprises must build the core competitiveness to gainthe competitive advantage and keep continuous competitiveness.Finally,the author puts forward some suggestions for real estate enterprisesto construct the core competitiveness in the background of the structural reform of the supply side.
