分体式工商业用物联网膜式燃气表的设计与实现

摘要 针对工商业燃气用户地域分散、燃气用量大、抄表困难以及通过GPRS构成单体式物联网燃气表功耗高等问题,提出一种使用低功耗单片机STM8L052、扩频通信模块SX1278和GPRS通信模块MC55组成的分体式物联网膜式燃气表设计方案。现场燃气计量部分采用低功耗设计,使用电池供电,放置在安全区域的GPRS通信传输部分采用市电供电,两者之间通过扩频通信传输,具有远程实时抄表、开关阀控制等功能。测试和实际应用表明,有效解决了单体式物联网燃气表的防爆和可靠供电问题。 There are some problems existing in industrial and commercial gas users,such as the geographical dispersion,a largeamount of gas,meter reading difficulties and single Internet of Things gas meter with higher power consumption and composed by GPRS.Based on this,this paper proposed a design scheme of split-type Internet of Things diaphragm gas meters with a low power MCUSTM8L052,spread spectrum communication module SX1278and GPRS communication module MC55.The gas metering part adopts thedesign of low power consumption,powered by battery,and the GPRS communication part placed in the security region is powered by thecity.The communication between the two is finished through spread spectrum with real-time remote meter reading,switch control and otherfunctions.The test and practical application show that this method can effectively solve the problem of explosion proof and reliable powersupply of a single Internet of Things gas meter.
