摘要
宁启复线电化工程京杭大运河特大桥主跨采用(65+114+65)m预应力混凝土连续梁拱跨越京杭大运河。两个主墩全部位于京杭大运河中,中支点横隔板厚度为3.5m,墩身宽度为3.8m,故临时固结无法采用体内固结,需采用体外固结,本文主要介绍京杭运河特大桥主跨0#块临时固结支座设计优化、结构受力计算和施工注意事项,为以后采用体外临时固结的连续梁(刚构)桥施工提供了一定的借鉴。
The main span of the Beijing-Hangzhou Grand Canal Bridge uses(65+114+65)m prestressed concrete continuous beamarch span.Two main piers are all located in Beijing-Hangzhou Grand Canal,whose diaphragm thickness is3.5m,and width is3.8m,so thetemporary consolidation can not apply internal consolidation,should use external consolidation.This paper mainly introduces the designoptimization of temporary consolidation support of main span0#block in Beijing-Hangzhou Grand Canal Bridge,structural calculation andconstruction precautions,so as to provide a reference for the continuous beam bridge construction(rigid frame)using external temporaryconsolidation technology.
