摘要
印刷滚筒是整个印刷机的核心关键部件,其扰度变形量和动态性将直接影响印刷装置运动的平稳性及印刷质量,本论文首先推导印刷滚筒理论公式,然后基于有限元ANSYS Workbench对已经用proe建立的模型,进行静力学和模态分析,找出滚筒壁厚跟扰度的关系及滚筒壁厚、滚筒侧壁厚对滚筒的动态性能的影响。
The printing cylinder is the key part of the whole printing machine,and the degree of flexibility and the dynamic property ofthe printing press will directly affect the stability of the printing device and the printing quality.This paper presents the printing rollerstiffness formula and finite element based on ANSYS Workbench has been established using proe model for static and modal analysis,andfinds out the relationship between the effect of drum wall thickness with immunity thickness and thickness on the drum dynamicperformance.
