摘要
经检测发现包钢炼钢厂A列某根吊车梁轨道偏心值超过了规范的要求。通过在吊车梁上应力较大、集中的部位布置测点,采集了额定荷载工况下,吊车沿厂房纵向往复行驶时,钢吊车梁应力集中部位(支座处、上翼缘与腹板交界处)的应变数值,并对试验数据进行了处理分析。结果表明:规范中,"吊车轨道的中心偏离腹板中心的距离需小于1/2腹板厚度"的规定是偏于保守的,可以适当放松。
It is found that a crane beam orbit eccentricity value exceeds the standard in the Baotou Steel plant.The measurementpoints are arranged at the part of the crane beam with larger and centralized stress,so strain values at this part are collected under the ratedload conditions when the crane moves back and forth along the powerhouse,and the test data is analyzed.The results show that:in thestandard,the rule that"distance of the crane rail center offsetting from the web center must be less than1/2thickness of Web"isconservative,and can be appropriate to relax.
