摘要
锅筒是水管锅炉中用以进行汽水分离和蒸汽净化,组成水循环回路并蓄存锅水的筒形压力容器,又称汽包,属于火力发电安装工程中,锅炉房单件最大、最长、最重设备。锅筒卸车方案的优劣,直接影响锅筒的设备安全、体现安装公司整体实力。锅筒卸车方案的选用,主要受到现场的吊车机具、场地、设备特点等具体情况约束。现就鄂尔多斯市绿能光电有限公司2×350MW机组发电工程1#锅炉锅筒的卸车方案进行阐述如下。
The boiler drum is cylindrical pressure vessel,and is used for steam-water separation and steam purification,can build watercirculation circuit and storage water,belonging to the longest,largest single,most heavy equipment in the thermal power plant installation.The quality of the cylinder unloading scheme has a direct impact on the safety of the drum,and can reflect the overall strength of theinstallation company.The choice of the unloading scheme is mainly restricted by the specific situation of the crane equipment,site andequipment characteristics etc..Now,1#boiler drum unloading process of the2*350MW units power project in Ordos GEPL Co.,Ltd.isdescribed as follows.
