高校二级学院党政联席会研究现状的文献计量学分析

Bibliometrics Analysis on the Research Status of Joint Conference between the Party and the Government in the Subordinate College

目的:了解我国高校二级学院党政联席会议制度的研究现状、研究热点及研究趋势,为高校教育改革发展、完善内部管理机制、促进高校科学化管理提供参考。方法:以中国知网数据库中2000-2016年高校党政联席会研究文献为材料,运用文献计量学方法进行分析。结果:共检出421篇有效文献,文献内容以高校二级学院管理机制存在的问题和决策机制研究为主;中文核心期刊《学校党建与思想政治教育》发表文献数量最多;文献作者主要来自于高校党务工作者;基金支持的文献数量较低。结论:经过高校管理者和研究者的共同努力,高校二级学院党政联席会制度研究取得了一定发展,但研究深度及广度不够,文献质量还需进一步提升,核心作者队伍还没有形成,高校管理者和研究者应开拓管理思路,通过多角度的研究,提升高校二级学院管理水平和办学能力。

Objective:to understand the research status research focus and research trend of the joint conference system between theParty and the government in China's subordinate colleges,so as to provide reference for the development of higher education reform,improvement of the internal management mechanism and promotion of the scientific management of colleges and universities.Methods:touse Bibliometrics to make a analysis based on2000-2016research literature materials of the joint conference system between the Party andthe government from CNKI database.Results:there were421valid literatures,mainly focusing on the problems existing in the subordinatecollege management mechanism and decision making mechanism research;the largest number of published literature are all in Chinese corejournal"School Party Building and Ideological and Political Education;the authors are mainly from the Party work group in universities;thenumber of fund support is low.Conclusion:through the joint efforts of managers and researchers,the system has achieved a certaindevelopment,but the research depth and breadth is not enough,and the quality needs to be further improved,the core author team has notformed.So college administrators and researchers should explore management ideas and carry out multi-angle research to enhance thecollege management level and teaching ability of subordinate colleges.
