摘要
本文针对国内医疗设备制造企业普遍存在的生产水平落后的问题,选取M公司血液分析仪生产部作为研究重点,通过运用价值流分析、工序产能平衡分析、流程程序分析、人机作业分析等工具,发现生产现场存在的浪费。然后,运用精益生产的理念与工具对整个生产部门进行改善,最后取得良好的效果,为其他医疗设备制造企业推进精益生产提供了理论与方法依据。
This paper aims at the problem of low production level of medical equipment manufacturing enterprise in China.In thispaper,the manufacturing department of hematology analyzer in M company is chosen as the object of study.Through Value Stream Analysis,Process Analysis,Capacity Balance Analysis and Man-Machine Analysis,the wastes are founded in the production site.Then,by applyingthe tools and concepts of lean production,good improvement effects are obtained.This improvement process provides theory and method forother medical equipment manufacturing enterprises to apply lean production.
