干部人事档案工作是干部管理工作的重要内容,是选好用准干部的必要条件。本文根据目前部分企业干部档案管理现状,分析了档案管理中存在的问题,并以中组部档案专项审核为契机,提出完善干部人事档案功能、提高干部档案管理水平相关措施。

Cadre personnel file work is an important content of cadre management work,and is the necessary condition to select cadre.Based on the current situation of the cadre file management of some enterprises,this paper analyzes the existing problems in the filesmanagement,and puts forward the relevant measures to improve the cadre personnel file function and the management level of the cadrefile.
