Through conducting analysis,research and summary of the key contract terms and difficulties in engineering settlementwhich compared with varied building period,areas and unit capacity fossil fuel construction project construction terms,this thesis aims tofind out the problems and deficiency in the process of contract signing,execution and engineering settlement,and tries to propose targetedmeasures and suggestions so as to provide reference and help for the operating and management personnel in the power engineering circle,and enhance the power engineering enterprises contract and management performance.
