随着经济的快速发展,我国的建筑行业已占据国家市场经济的重要部分,建筑工程周期长、投资大的特点,决定着建筑工程中的预算造价管理控制具有重要地位。但一直以来,我国的预算造价人员都受到传统造价思想的影响,认为预算造价管理就是在施工中把好经济关,不要超出事先的预算资金即可,忽略了在设计阶段从根本上对建筑工程项目进行预算造价控制的方法,导致现在建筑行业市场多存在资源利用不合理,浪费人力物力,施工变更频繁等现象,想要解决这些问题,让建筑行业得到更快更高的发展,就要从根本上改变各级从业人员的思想,解决现有弊端,让工程预算造价的控制变得更加合理、高效。

With the rapid development of economy,China's construction industry has occupied an important part of the national marketeconomy.Long cycle and large investment of construction project determines the management and control of budget and cost has animportant position.But for a long time,the budget cost personnel in China are affected by the traditional cost theory,they think that thebudget cost management is good in economic construction and do not exceed the budget in advance,they ignore the budget cost control inthe design stage of construction project,leading to many phenomenon in construction industry market,such as,irrational use of resources,waste of resources,frequent changes in construction,and so on.In order to solve these problems and let the construction industry developfaster and higher,the idea of employees at all levels must be changed fundamentally,the existing drawbacks should be solved,so as toachieve more reasonable and efficient control of the budget cost.
