Since the reform and opening up in China,the economic level has been rapidly improved,and the development of all walksof life has entered a new stage.In this process,enterprises are facing not only the new era opportunities,but also very serious challengesand the increasingly fierce competition among the industry.Based on the new situation at this stage,in order to get better,faster and morelong-term development,enterprises need to improve the internal operation mechanism and management model.This paper discusses thevarious innovative models based on the economic management under the new situation,introduces the different effects on the economicmanagement,and hopes to provide some suggestions for enterprise development and system improvement and promote the improvement ofChina's economic level of continuously.
