摘要
文章从价值工程的发展过程,以及其增值途径,方法入手,从煤矿增值案例论述了在煤矿企业运用价值工程理论实施企业管理的重要性。分析了煤矿经营管理必须坚持价值导向,一切管理必须围绕价值的提升。要提升岗位价值,就必须对成本投入或生产环节有一个非常精确的分析,对生产环节中每一个主体的需求有一个准确的把握,以及洞悉终端市场愿意为满足这种需求所付出的成本。再根据终端市场需求,来设计生产或服务的功能,根据功能与成本的比率来决定整体生产管理或岗位的设置。再对生产过程价值链进行认真分析,每一道工序从最初的原材料投入到最终市场,要经过无数个相互联系的作业环节形成的作业链。
Starting from development process and value-added approach and method of value engineering,this paper discusses theimportance of implementing the value engineering theory in the coal mining enterprises from the coal mine value-added case and proposesthat the coal mine management must adhere to the value orientation and all management must focus on the value upgrading.To raise thevalue of the job,it is necessary to have a very accurate analysis of the cost input or production process,and accurately grasp the needs ofeach subject in the production process and an insight into the cost of end market's willingness to meet this demand.And then according tothe terminal market demand,it needs to design production or service functions and determine the overall production management or jobsettings according to the ratio of function and cost.At last,it should carefully analyze the production process value chain,because eachprocess will go through the operation chain formed by numerous interrelated operations from the initial raw materials input to the finalmarket.
